I understand my child's place is at risk if payment has not been made.
I understand that monthly class fees are calculated on the total cost of the average number of classes offered per year and is split pro rata to give a consistent monthly fee payable over 12 months. The fees also include additional activities offered such as end of term parties/fun days & activities, workshop & masterclasses held within the usual class time, preferential rates & early booking for holiday workshops/ masterclasses, and a number of filmed performances sent to parents throughout the year. This also includes a final edited copy of the LCA Oscars film which students each student can use as a professional acting credit on an actors Spotlight account and as showreel material if they wish.
I confirm that 1 month’s notice via email to academy@lcaacademyandagency.co.uk will be given should my child wish to cease attending Academy classes. Any notice given after 1st June is deemed to take effect at the end of August for the purpose of monthly payments as the cost is spread over 12 months, including the month of August, and not only includes the standard weekly class fee but the above additional activities.
I understand that any student joining after the LCA Oscars Filming (March in 2026) will be allocated a specific payment plan based on the number of classes and other activities available for the remainder of the Academy year to end of the Summer Term.
I understand that there may be an additional charge to help contribute towards the cost of props, location, production and editing of the LCA Oscars films. This will not be in excess of £20 per Academy student for 2026 and would be added to monthly subscription - at least one month's notice will be given. (For information this was £12 in 2025)
I understand that the Academy do not issue refunds or reductions for missed sessions due to illness, personal holidays or any other circumstances
LCA and any member of the Academy team are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session
I will refrain from bringing my child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class
I understand that should my child join the Talent Agency to be submitted for professional acting roles a contract with the Agency will be issued. Should my child stop attending Academy classes, agency representation will cease unless otherwise agreed with the Director.
I understand that the Academy reviews their monthly fees on an annual basis with any changes effective from 1st February.
